RGM and Associates has implemented Labor Compliance Programs in forty eight (48) school districts plus various county, city and public utility agencies... and has administered LCP on more than 200 public works projects. We are knowledgeable of Davis-Bacon and Davis-Bacon Related Acts and are proficient in monitoring State and Federally funded projects.

Our Labor Compliance Officers, Field Monitors and Payroll Analysts are well-versed with prevailing wage laws, labor classifications and apprenticeship standards.
